We advise owners, boards and investors on strategy and finance, manage projects from planning through delivery, and support the transactions that follow, including work connected to mergers and acquisitions. Advice and help in planning, organisation, efficiency and control, with management information that stands up when someone checks the numbers.

A short, fixed-fee diagnostic. We establish the question worth answering before anyone commits to a larger budget.
Structure
The plan in writing: workstreams, named owners, dates, and the evidence each decision will rest on.
Deliver
Execution against the plan with weekly reporting. Variance is raised when it appears, not at the end.

Documentation, models and registers your own team can run without us. Engagements end; they do not become retainers.
